At Cineraria Urns we take very seriously customer satisfaction.

Our products are reviewed and are high quality, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, please tell us within 14 days of receiving the product to start the refund procedure. Transport costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please return the product by registered post. If case of the total return of the order, we will refund all payments made by you, including delivery charges. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for transport. In the case of customized products (phrases or names engraved), they can not be returned.

In case of defective product or by mistake, does not correspond to the order, Cineraria Urns will collect the item and send you the correct product. In this case the costs of collection and re-delivery are the responsibility of Cineraria urns.
