USER OBLIGATIONS

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Cineraria reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products that are offered to users through the Store. Likewise, Cineraria reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access and use at any time and without prior notice of any of the different types of products offered in the Store.

The Products included in the Store will correspond in the most reliable way possible that the web display technology allows to the products actually offered. The characteristics of the products and their prices appear in the Store.

The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and are indicated with VAT included.

PROCEDURE AND FORM OF PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCTS
Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, Cineraria will send an email to the user, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the product, its price, shipping costs, and the details of the different options to pay Cineraria for the products.

The user who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

The order confirmation sent by Cineraria is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Cineraria will send the corresponding invoice together with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND GUARANTEES
The user has a right of withdrawal, without the need to justify the decision. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Peguimar s.a. (Cineraria), in C / Brussels esq. C / Berlin, Pol. Ind. Mas de Tous, La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia), telephone 96 276 35 69, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, by sending an email to the following address: info @ https://cineraria.es/ within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from receipt of the product. You must indicate your full name, the order or invoice number and the product reference. Said return will be made in accordance with the instructions that Cineraria indicates to the user in response to their notification of the exercise of withdrawal. These instructions are intended to clarify whether the shipment is managed by the user, or if, on the contrary, Cineraria can offer its courier service to carry out the collection, discounting the postage of the same to the value of the returned product. The user must return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from Cineraria indicating the form of return.

The withdrawal entails the refund of the total amount paid, with the exception of transport costs caused by the return (return postage). For this, the client must indicate on the return sheet the number and the owner of the bank account to which Cineraria must make the payment by transfer. The term for said payment will be established in the Law.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised when the product is not returned in its original packaging and when the product is not in perfect condition.

Returns of custom made or personalized items will not be accepted.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once the payment has been verified, the maximum delivery period being thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.

The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.


INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
